Your passion for mixology and beverage craftsmanship will be showcased through your ability to prepare and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with skill and style. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing supplies, interacting with guests to take orders and provide drink recommendations, and adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure guest safety. Your expertise in cocktail recipes, garnishing, and inventory management helps enhance the overall guest experience, making each event memorable. Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year bartending experience preferred
  • possession of valid food or beverage service permit where applicable
  • knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar terminology
  • must meet jurisdictional minimum age requirements
  • fluent in English for communication
  • effective interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer one year of bartending experience
  • possession of a food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • display knowledge of drink recipes and merchandising specials
  • working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
  • meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • read, write and speak English fluently
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at banquets and events
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are readily available
  • interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • mix and garnish cocktails according to established recipes and guest specifications
  • adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guest safety
  • collaborate with the banquet team to ensure timely and efficient beverage service
  • handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
  • assist in bar setup and breakdown, including stocking and replenishing supplies
