Candidates must be capable of setting up and breaking down rolling bars efficiently, preparing fresh ingredients such as juices and fruit for shifts, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout all bar areas. The bartender will interact warmly and professionally with guests, ensuring their needs are promptly met while contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Banquet Bartender must have a thorough understanding of the banquet beverage program and be able to independently resolve any issues that arise during service. Maintaining consistent eye contact and a sincere attitude with guests is essential to provide an enjoyable, memorable experience. Additionally, the bartender will assist servers with room setups when needed and adhere strictly to uniform and side work standards set by management. This position typically requires at least three years of banquet restaurant bar experience and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing 45 pounds or more. Job Duties

  • Understand a Banquet Event Order
  • Make drinks according to BEO and guest expectation
  • Setup and break down of rolling bar

  • Complete knowledge of the banquet beverage program
  • Ability to independently problem solve issues that arise in the bar
  • Sincere and warm interaction with all guests and consistent eye contact
  • Prepare juices and fruit for shift
  • Ensure that all bar areas are kept clean and presentable
  • Adhere to side work requirements as set forth by managers
  • Uniform cleanliness and proper attire at all times without exception
  • Assist servers with room setup as needed
