Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training, or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in using computerized Point of Sale systems
- Knowledge of mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks
- Familiar with proper operation of all bar equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks for banquet events
- Use computerized Point of Sale system to process orders
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Handle cash and tip transactions according to standard procedures
- Provide exceptional guest service with charm and professionalism
- Ensure bar equipment is properly operated and maintained
