Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training, or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in using computerized Point of Sale systems
  • Knowledge of mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks
  • Familiar with proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Understanding of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Experienced in standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks for banquet events
  • Use computerized Point of Sale system to process orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Adhere to all applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Handle cash and tip transactions according to standard procedures
  • Provide exceptional guest service with charm and professionalism
  • Ensure bar equipment is properly operated and maintained
