Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of bartending experience
  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Possess a valid state-issued liquor license
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Ability to compute basic math
  • Ability to complete written communication clearly and legibly
  • Maintain a professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 19 years old and possess a valid state-issued liquor license
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Ability to compute basic math and complete written communication clearly and legibly
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions

Job Duties

  • Execute the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet bar events according to event orders and brand standards
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming experience while providing attentive and efficient service during receptions and banquet functions
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar stations throughout each shift
  • Follow portion control, cost control, and service procedures to support revenue and guest satisfaction goals
  • Read and understand event orders and prepare all bar setups accordingly, including proper garnishes, supplies, and glassware
  • Uphold White Lodging's standards of aggressive hospitality while ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service policies
