Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must comply with all company policies and a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests' needs at the attendance of an event
- Participate in good communication with guests with questions regarding the menu
- Take guests beverage orders and understand how to make certain cocktails
- Know and understand what a BEO is, make sure that all liquor, beer and wine is counted for at the end of the night
- Anticipate guests' needs and monitor the guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Setup, execution, and clean-up for an event
- Performs side work to prepare for upcoming events
