Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Must comply with all company policies and a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests' needs at the attendance of an event
  • Participate in good communication with guests with questions regarding the menu
  • Take guests beverage orders and understand how to make certain cocktails
  • Know and understand what a BEO is, make sure that all liquor, beer and wine is counted for at the end of the night
  • Anticipate guests' needs and monitor the guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
  • Setup, execution, and clean-up for an event
  • Performs side work to prepare for upcoming events
