Job Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must comply with all company policies and a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of cocktail preparation
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests' needs at the attendance of an event
Participate in good communication with guests with questions regarding the menu
Take guests beverage orders and understand how to make certain cocktails
Know and understand what a BEO is, make sure that all liquor, beer and wine is counted for at the end of the night
Anticipate guests' needs and monitor the guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
Setup, execution, and clean-up for an event
Performs side work to prepare for upcoming events
