Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
excellent communication skills
ability to work weekends and evenings
must be of legal drinking age
ability to monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
reliable and punctual
ability to perform physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown

Job Duties

Fill drink orders for guests
answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to persons under 21 and monitor alcohol intake of guests
take payments and make change for purchased beverages
perform bar opening and closing procedures
participate in event setup and breakdown of the facility
maintain cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas
ensure a pleasant visit and maintain effective guest relations
