Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
ability to lift heavy objects
flexible schedule to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
strong attention to detail
ability to stand for extended periods
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

prior experience in a banquet or bar setting preferred
knowledge of proper food handling and safety practices
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational skills
excellent communication and teamwork abilities
physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely

Job Duties

Setting up and breaking down bar stations for banquet events
stock and replenish bar glassware, garnishes, and supplies
transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage rooms, and equipment
support bartenders during banquets to ensure smooth service
practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
