Job Duties
- setting up and breaking down bar stations for banquet events
- stock and replenish bar glassware, garnishes, and supplies
- transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage rooms, and equipment
- support bartenders during banquets to ensure smooth service
- practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
