Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel setting
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Proficiency in Toast POS systems preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
Job Qualifications
- Five years of progressive hotel food and beverage leadership experience in restaurant and/or banquets
- Marriott experience preferred
- Toast POS experience preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Read, write and speak English
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations including restaurant, banquet, lounge/bar, and in-room dining
- Motivate and lead a diverse food and beverage team
- Ensure compliance with Marriott and Westin brand standards
- Manage banquet execution and large-scale event coordination
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
