Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel setting
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Proficiency in Toast POS systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of progressive hotel food and beverage leadership experience in restaurant and/or banquets
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • Toast POS experience preferred
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • Read, write and speak English

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations including restaurant, banquet, lounge/bar, and in-room dining
  • Motivate and lead a diverse food and beverage team
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott and Westin brand standards
  • Manage banquet execution and large-scale event coordination
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
