The Westin St. Louis is currently seeking a passionate, high-energy Food & Beverage Manager to join its leadership team. This role is perfect for individuals with significant hospitality experience, particularly those who have managed restaurant or banquet/event operations in a fast-paced, high-caliber hotel setting. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily operations across various food and beverage outlets including restaurants, banquet services, lounges, bars, and in-room dining. Your responsibilities will align with Marriott and Westin brand standards, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel setting
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Proficiency in Toast POS systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of progressive hotel food and beverage leadership experience in restaurant and/or banquets
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • Toast POS experience preferred
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
