This particular role is a part-time, non-management position located at 161 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, Florida. Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
  • Transport dirty linen to cleaning areas, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest service
