  • At least 1-year experience as a team leader in a food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Implement assigned product/service quality or cleanliness and sanitation program
  • Implement assigned crew management activity
  • Implement assigned cost management activity
  • Manage operations of assigned packaged program
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager and Store Management Team in achieving store business goals
  • Supervise bakeshop operations ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
