Job Requirements

  • Completed at least high school education
  • At least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent
  • High energy level and ability to work varying work schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner and adaptable
  • Computer literate in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

  • Manage operations of assigned packaged program
  • Assist store management team in achieving business goals
  • Support training and development of bakeshop crew
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety standards
