Job Requirements
- Completed at least high school education
- At least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent
- High energy level and ability to work varying work schedules including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner and adaptable
- Computer literate in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

Job Duties
- Implement assigned product/service quality or cleanliness & sanitation program
- Implement assigned crew management activity
- Implement assigned cost management activity
- Manage operations of assigned packaged program
- Assist store management team in achieving business goals
- Support training and development of bakeshop crew
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards
