Job Duties
- Complete training program in preparation for department manager role
- Travel within the division for training and to provide relief
- Create outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean department environment
- Achieve sales and profit goals for the department
- Monitor and control all quality assurance standards
- Direct and supervise all department functions and activities
- Support day-to-day bakery operations
- Encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company core values in all actions
