Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or related field preferred
  • Availability to travel within division
  • Ability to complete 4-12 week training program

Job Duties

  • Complete a 4-12 week program (internal 4-6, external 8-12) in preparation of being assigned a department manager position
  • Travel within the division to train and provide relief
  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor/control all established quality assurance standards
  • Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the department
  • Support the day-to-day functions of the Bakery operations
  • Embrace full, fresh and friendly and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
