Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in bakery management or similar leadership role
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
