Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Adaptable to different situations and able to respond flexibly to shifting priorities and rapid change
  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions
  • Ability to complete tasks timely
  • Ability to move, lift, and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching overhead, bending, kneeling, twisting, and occasional climbing
  • Continuous repetitive motion with hands and arms
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Visual acuity to locate merchandise and verify information
  • May be exposed to various weather conditions and cleaning chemicals
  • May be exposed to allergens such as latex, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat
  • Employment contingent upon PEP survey, drug screen, reference check, and background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Prior work experience in food service preferred but not required
  • Ability to master menu recipes and communicate needs to management
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and timely
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching, twisting, and occasionally climbing

Job Duties

  • Support food service department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, financial goals and objectives, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools
  • Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation, returns, damages, reworks, and supply use
  • Adhere to proper equipment procedures including cleaning and maintenance requirements
  • Follow food safety production guidelines for fresh food preparation, production, processing, packaging, weighing, pricing, and labeling
  • Adhere to department cleaning standards following company and food safety guidelines
  • Define issues and use critical thinking and logic to solve problems effectively
  • Consistently produce high-quality products and maintain safety for self and others
