The role of Grocery Clerk in Bakery/Deli at Ralphs is critical in creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge. Job Duties

  • Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
  • Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products
  • Inform customers of bakery and deli specials

  • Recommend deli or bakery items to customers to ensure they get the products they want
  • Use all bakery equipment according to company guidelines
  • Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions
