Job Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return
  • Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department
  • Monitor all established quality assurance standards
  • Embrace and promote the Customer 1st strategy among associates
  • Demonstrate company core values including respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Encourage and support associates to deliver excellent customer service
