Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return
  • Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all established quality assurance standards
  • Embrace and promote the Customer 1st strategy among associates
  • Encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service
