Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer focus
- excellent verbal communication skills
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
- establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return
- assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department
- monitor all established quality assurance standards
