Job Qualifications
- Two years barista and bakery experience
- two years of customer service experience
- comprehensive knowledge of food and coffee, including ingredients, applications, pronunciations and culinary skills
- knowledge of food safety, HACCP/Department of Health guidelines
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- strong interpersonal and oral communication skills

- assume primary responsibility for store-level vendor relations
- assist with quarterly physical inventories and practice inventory control
