High school diploma or equivalent
valid Washington State Food Workers Card
successful background check and reference checks
minimum of two years Barista and food service experience
minimum of one year supervisory experience
minimum of three years customer service experience
strong self-motivation and initiative
ability to problem solve effectively
excellent time management and organizational skills
strong leadership and communication skills
knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
