We are currently seeking a dedicated Bakery Associate to join our team. This role is essential in creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service in our bakery department. The Bakery Associate will assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return while supporting the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, preparing bakery items including wedding cakes, decorating cakes and pastries, and engaging customers by answering their questions and providing product recommendations. This position requires someone passionate about bakery products, customer service, and maintaining the highest standards in food safety and store policies.

The Bakery Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering memorable customer experiences by ensuring all products are fresh, well presented, and that customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Additional duties involve monitoring inventory, labeling and stocking merchandise, reporting order discrepancies, adhering to health regulations, and reinforcing safety protocols within the store. Effective communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations are crucial to successfully navigating the dynamic retail environment.
