As a bakery team associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace, monitoring the freshness and quality of bakery products, preparing special orders, and efficiently using bakery equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, slicers, and proof-boxes. Your responsibilities will include measuring and mixing ingredients following precise recipes, packaging and labeling products correctly, and managing inventory to ensure that production goals are met every day. Additionally, you will assist with receiving shipments, unloading merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies or maintenance issues.

This position requires a commitment to observing scheduled shift hours, practicing preventive maintenance, abiding by food safety guidelines, and proactively identifying and notifying management of any safety risks or compliance issues. Job Duties
