The role at Pick 'N Save centers on creating outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service. Working closely with the department manager, this position will help drive sales and profit goals while carefully monitoring all quality assurance standards to ensure an outstanding shopping environment. Encouraging associates to uphold this strategy and deliver excellent customer service is a key responsibility. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in retail or customer service
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
