Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in bakery or retail management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to oversee daily department operations
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Create outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment encouraging customer return
  • Achieve sales and profit goals for the Bakery department
  • Control all established quality assurance standards
  • Monitor all functions, duties, and activities related to the Bakery department
  • Demonstrate company core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Support and lead team members to meet departmental objectives
