Job Duties
- Create outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
- Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment encouraging customer return
- Achieve sales and profit goals for the Bakery department
- Control all established quality assurance standards
- Monitor all functions, duties, and activities related to the Bakery department
- Demonstrate company core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- Support and lead team members to meet departmental objectives
