This role focuses on the bakery department within Costco, which is an integral part of the company’s food service offerings. As a bakery associate, the individual will be responsible for garnishing, weighing, wrapping, labeling, and merchandising bakery products to ensure they are presented attractively and meet company quality standards. The position involves maintaining stringent cleanliness and sanitation protocols for all bakery equipment and utensils to comply with health and safety regulations. Re-stocking supplies and ingredients is also a key responsibility to guarantee the bakery operates smoothly and without interruption.
