Job Requirements
- High school completion or GED certification
- Less than 12 months of experience in baking or kitchen-related tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift or move weights up to 25 lbs
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and reaching
- Capability to work on slippery or uneven surfaces
- Availability to follow kitchen protocols and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Less than 12 months of hands-on involvement in baking, pastry, or kitchen-related activities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake pastries, breads, desserts, and other baked goods as per standardized recipes and presentation norms
- Measure out, combine, portion, and get ready the components for the daily baking tasks
- Safely manage and maintain baking machinery and equipment in good condition
- Monitor the functioning of ovens and kitchen instruments to verify the right cooking durations and heat levels
- Observe food safety and sanitation policies, which encompass proper food storage, personal cleanliness, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Adhere to kitchen guidelines for workstation setup and breakdown
- Make sure that each batch prepared during the shift meets the required standards of food quality and consistency
