Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • standing or walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
  • hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
  • able to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
  • able to work in cold, freezing, and hot temperatures
  • ability to work in wet and dry conditions

  • ability to use tools including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery

Job Duties

  • Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
  • understands venue menus and stays abreast of specials and menu changes
  • follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
  • monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
  • completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
  • provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
  • maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products
  • follows and ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • maintains a clean and sanitary work and shopping environment
  • performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
  • reports safety hazards and violations immediately
  • performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
