Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day
- use of single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders
- no prior retail experience required

Job Duties
- Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
- understands venue menus, stays abreast of specials, menu changes
- follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
- monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
- completes product spoilage and transfer records
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs in a timely manner
- models suggestive selling techniques
- answers phones and pages promptly and courteously
- maximizes sales potential through proper stocking and merchandising
- follows and ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and safety procedures
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- reports safety hazards immediately
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
