Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs occasionally
- Capable of standing, walking and working in hot and cold environments for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to corporate and state sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to operate bakery equipment including ovens and mixers
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with bakery operation and equipment preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Duties
- Assist with the bakery operation within the retail store environment to include preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of all bakery products
- Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer’s request
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station, according to 5S standards, at all times
- Responsible for assisting and/or creating customer special orders (i.e.: cake orders)
- Responsible for operating bakery department equipment including but not limited to ovens, mixers, and utensils
- Adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations in keeping a neat and clean work station
