Located in Collegeville, PA, our bakery is a beloved local establishment known for delivering fresh, delicious baked goods and exceptional customer service. As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and community, we are looking to expand our team with dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for the roles of Bake Assistant and Dishwasher. Our bakery operates with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork, ensuring every customer experience is both delightful and memorable.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work daytime and weekend shifts as needed
- Baking or cake decorating experience preferred for Bake Assistant
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work required schedule of Monday to Friday 10am-5pm for Dishwasher
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and bend for long periods for Dishwasher

Job Duties
- Support the Baker with mixing and preparing batches according to established recipes and production schedules
- Keep the bakery counter clean and presentable
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Communicate with bakers and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow
- Ensure all equipment is clean and ready for bakery use
- Clean up messes and assist with general sanitation duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team
