Located in Collegeville, PA, our bakery is a beloved local establishment known for delivering fresh, delicious baked goods and exceptional customer service. As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and community, we are looking to expand our team with dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for the roles of Bake Assistant and Dishwasher. Our bakery operates with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork, ensuring every customer experience is both delightful and memorable.

We are currently offering temporary to hire part-time positions, with work schedules primarily during daytime weekdays, and including weekends and holidays as needed. Compensation for team members ranges from $13 to $15 per hour. The Bake Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Baker by mixing and preparing batches according to established recipes and production schedules. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, and effective communication with fellow bakers and staff to ensure smooth workflow throughout the bakery. The Bake Assistant is also responsible for maintaining the bakery counter clean and presentable, contributing to the inviting atmosphere of the store.

The Dishwasher position is equally important, ensuring all bakery equipment is clean, sanitized, and ready for use. This role involves cleaning up messes and assisting with general sanitation duties to maintain a hygienic work environment. Dishwashers work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm, providing reliability and support to the bakery team.

Both roles require team players with a positive attitude and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. While baking or cake decorating experience is preferred for the Bake Assistant role, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued. Physical stamina is necessary for the Dishwasher role to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
