Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions such as grasping, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, and pallet jacks
- May require use of ladders
- Adherence to health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by cleaning and stocking cases and shelves
- Check product codes, rotate stock, and remove out-of-date products
- Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas
- Monitor and prevent spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leadership
- Maintain back stock in good order
- Assist with sampling programs, keeping sample areas clean and stocked
- Participate in periodic inventory checks
- Arrive on time, appropriately groomed and ready to work
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs promptly and use suggestive selling
- Maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- Follow health, sanitation, safety, and weights and measures procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties including price accuracy
- Report safety hazards and violations immediately
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
