Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- ability to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, and pallet jacks
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Ensures fresh and appealing displays by cleaning and stocking shelves and cases
- stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas
- monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors
- maintains back stock in good order
- assists with sampling programs by keeping sample areas clean and appealing
- assists with periodic inventory checks
- provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly
- follows established procedures including health and sanitation standards
- maintains a clean and sanitary working environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned
