Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- Ability to use hands for single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Exposure to temperatures of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- May require the use of ladders

Job Duties
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products
- Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas
- Monitor and prevent spoilage and communicate waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor
- Maintain back stock in good order
- Assist with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean and appealing
- Assist with periodic inventory checks
- Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs in a timely and effective manner and model suggestive selling techniques
- Maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- Follow and ensure compliance with established procedures including health and sanitation, weights and measures, and safe work practices
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment and maintain equipment per cleanliness and safety standards
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned and ensure accuracy of signs and pricing
- Immediately report safety hazards and violations
- Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
