Job Duties
- Ensure fresh and appealing bakery displays by cleaning and front-facing products
- stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas
- monitor and prevent product spoilage and communicate waste
- maintain organized back stock
- assist with sampling programs, keeping areas full and clean
- participate in periodic inventory checks
- arrive on time and properly prepared for work
- provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling
- maximize sales by proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- comply with Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintain clean and sanitary working environment and equipment
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties
- report safety hazards immediately
- perform other duties as assigned
