This position is for a Bakery Team Member at Whole Foods Market, an entry-level retail role with a wage range between $15.00 and $24.40 per hour, commensurate with experience. The Bakery Team Member is integral in supporting the Bakery department by receiving and preparing products, maintaining attractive merchandising displays, and delivering exceptional customer service in line with Whole Foods Market standards. Team Members will engage in daily duties including breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, maintaining product freshness and quality, and upholding health and safety standards. The position requires an individual who is proactive in selling, knowledgeable about bakery products, and committed to the company’s core values. This role also involves interaction with customers and other team members, emphasizing strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for natural foods. Successful candidates will have consistent attendance, punctuality, and readiness to work all scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
