Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to use tools and equipment including knives and pallet jacks
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to follow directions and procedures

Job Duties
- Ensures fresh and appealing bakery displays by cleaning and stocking cases and shelves
- Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas
- Monitors and prevents spoilage, communicating waste to buyers and supervisors
- Maintains back stock organization
- Assists with sampling program and inventory checks
- Provides excellent customer service and suggestive selling
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation procedures
