Job Requirements
- Ability to work in various store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- ability to engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
- maintain knowledge of store products and weekly promotions
- ability to stock and merchandise products
- maintain store cleanliness and organization
- present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- A passion for providing extraordinary service
- at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- engage with guests to understand their wants and needs to help create their meal solutions
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests
- create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- assist nearby guests while ensuring the store looks presentable
- gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
