Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to work in any one of the store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, or Front-End
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Ability to maintain knowledge of store products and promotions
Capability to perform merchandising, stocking, and housekeeping duties
Professionalism in appearance and conduct
Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments to assist guests
Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
Assist guests nearby while performing stocking duties
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store
Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
