Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Less than one year of experience in baking pastry making or kitchen environment
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain presentation standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform required duties including standing and lifting
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen setting

Job Duties
- Bake a variety of goods including pastries bread desserts and more using standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Scale blend divide and lay out the ingredients needed for daily baking operations
- Safely manage and maintain baking machinery and equipment in good condition
- Watch over ovens and kitchen tools to validate appropriate cooking times and temperatures
- Abide by rules related to food safety and sanitation practices including correct storage of food items personal hygiene practices and kitchen cleanliness
- Follow kitchen guidelines for setting up and dismantling workstations
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards for every batch
- Ensure bakery and kitchen area is clean safe and properly organized
- Engage in professional communication with team members and guests
- Help fellow associates and support a collaborative team environment
- Undertake supplementary duties as designated by supervisors
