We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Bakery Assistant to join our hardworking team. This role requires early morning availability, with shifts starting as early as 11 PM and continuing until between 5 and 8 AM, working 4 to 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is extremely dependable and able to follow recipes meticulously to ensure the consistency and quality of our baked goods. Previous baking experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; what matters most is the ability to learn quickly and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Physical stamina is essential since the role involves standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. As a Bakery Assistant, you will be integral to the daily production process, assisting with mixing, preparing, and baking various items in accordance with Day's Bakery's established recipes and methods.
