Serving a vital role, we supply an extensive range of freshly baked goods including donuts, pastries, cakes, and breads to restaurants, cafes, hotels, and retailers all over Oahu. The role includes preparing dough and batters, operating fryers and ovens, assisting with packaging and labeling, and ensuring strict adherence to recipe measurements and safety standards. This is a physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.Our Full-Time Donut Pastry Maker position offers a stable schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Monday through Saturday availability preferred. This schedule provides dependable weekly hours with no late nights or unpredictable shifts, ideal for those seeking consistency alongside competitive pay starting at $18 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit. Job Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation to Pearl City
  • ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, and move for the entire shift
  • strong multitasking ability under pressure
  • open to working occasional Saturdays depending on production needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior kitchen, bakery, or production experience helpful but not required
  • ability to learn commercial bakery skills

Job Duties

  • Mix, portion, shape, and prepare doughs and batters for donuts, pastries, and specialty baked goods
  • operate fryers and ovens to cook and finish high-quality products
  • assist with daily packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery
  • track production batches and follow recipe measurements to exact specifications
  • rotate between tasks while maintaining focus and urgency in a team environment
  • clean and maintain your station and equipment to meet safety and sanitation standards
  • lift and move ingredients, trays, and products up to 50 lbs regularly
  • stand for long periods, bend, reach, and move quickly during your shift
