Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to Pearl City
- ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, and move for the entire shift
- strong multitasking ability under pressure
- open to working occasional Saturdays depending on production needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior kitchen, bakery, or production experience helpful but not required
- ability to learn commercial bakery skills
- strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask under pressure
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- Mix, portion, shape, and prepare doughs and batters for donuts, pastries, and specialty baked goods
- operate fryers and ovens to cook and finish high-quality products
- assist with daily packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery
- track production batches and follow recipe measurements to exact specifications
- rotate between tasks while maintaining focus and urgency in a team environment
- clean and maintain your station and equipment to meet safety and sanitation standards
- lift and move ingredients, trays, and products up to 50 lbs regularly
- stand for long periods, bend, reach, and move quickly during your shift
- work in a hot kitchen environment with ovens, fryers, and mixers
