Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- able to perform single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- able to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- able to work with FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- able to work in temperatures below freezing to above 90 degrees
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques
- trains production personnel to the highest industry standards
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintains production modules in the Datapax system
- provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly
- maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- follows and ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards and violations
- performs additional duties as assigned by leadership
