Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking 6-8 hours per 8-hour workday
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Produce quality breads and pastries
- produce doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- perform baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stock dry products
- develop new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- train production personnel to the highest industry standards
- perform production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
