Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- must have physical ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday
- able to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of health and sanitation requirements
- must arrive to work station on time and be appropriately groomed and dressed
- ability to follow established procedures and comply with safety regulations

- Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
- trains production personnel to the highest standards in industry
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
