Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- stocks dry products
- develops new recipes and production techniques
- trains production personnel to high industry standards
- performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- maintains production modules in the Datapax system
- adheres to scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
- provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling
- maximizes sales through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- follows health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- maintains clean and sanitary working environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned
