Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • current food handlers card
  • minimum two years experience in a professional kitchen
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • basic math proficiency
  • excellent punctuality and attendance
  • ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • customer service experience
  • physical ability to handle bakery equipment safely

  • Current food handlers card
  • two years professional kitchen experience
  • professional and strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Preparing mise en place items and garnishes
  • piping, shaping, and rolling dough
  • scaling and mixing recipes and pastry components
  • producing a broad range of production components
  • savory station prep
  • assisting customers and building sandwiches to order
  • using kitchen equipment knowledgeably and meeting safety standards
  • communicating clearly with production staff
  • consistent punctuality and attendance
  • maintaining quality standards and quality control
  • follow all company policies
