Our bakery operates Monday through Friday, offering a consistent schedule from 1pm to 9pm, providing a steady work-life balance for our staff. Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus tips, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication.

The Bakery Production Team Member plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our bakery, contributing not only to the preparation and production of bakery items but also engaging directly with customers. This role combines technical baking skills with customer service, providing a unique and rewarding work experience. Responsibilities include preparing mise en place items, piping, shaping, and rolling dough, scaling and mixing recipes, and producing a wide range of production components. The position also involves savory station preparation and building sandwiches to order while ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
