Job Requirements
- Previous experience in baking, pastry work, or culinary environments is highly desirable
- knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- general food industry practices preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- prior restaurant or catering experience is a plus but not required
- enthusiasm for learning is essential

Job Duties
- Fill and maintain attractive bakery display cases
- frost donuts and cupcakes and finish pastries for the daily case
- prepare deli items including sandwiches, soups, and salads
- help with production of take-and-bake items
- maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- follow recipes and standards to ensure consistent quality
- work collaboratively with the team to keep the bakery running smoothly
- assist with other bakery and kitchen tasks as needed
