Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience leading others
- Have or be willing to obtain required certifications
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills
- Experience ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience
- Ability to use time and resources efficiently

- For bakery roles, have at least one year of baking experience
- For meat roles, have knowledge of meat cuts and experience with meat processing tools
